For her birthday, Chris is raising funds to sponsor two outings for residents of Sunlove Home for the Intellectually Disabled at Buangkok View, who do not get to leave the Home very often.

With the amount raised, the residents can enjoy two carefree, fresh air-infused outdoor outings, complete with games and MacDonald’s picnic lunches.

Every contribution, no matter the size, moves us closer to bringing joy and connection to these 80 residents.

About Sunlove Home for the Intellectually Disabled
Sunlove Home provides residential care for psychiatric patients who are unable to be cared for by their families. Services range from psychotherapy, counseling, vocational training, social enhancement and coping with the community at large. The home currently provides residential care for 500 intellectually disabled individuals aged between 22 and 75 years old.

Aside from providing residential care, the organisation is also involved in many other projects serving the elderly and destitute within our community, such as free mobile clinic serving 23 neighbourhoods islandwide, training courses for Maids and Caregivers, Bukit Merah Dementia Daycare and Home Help Services and a student care centre.
