SHINE Children and Youth Services is dedicated to ensuring that families facing financial challenges can access the immediate relief they need. We are raising $5,000 to help them expand their supermarket voucher programme, helping 25 families across Clementi and Hougang get the resources they need to address urgent needs and enhance long-term intervention solutions, such as counselling, mentorship and job training.
