These residents live within the confines of the Home, away from their families; and often have little or no contact with them. Through this event, he hopes to bring them the joy of connection with other residents, just like one would at a family gathering; and create a memorable festive experience for them. Donations will go toward funding delicious mooncakes, meals and festive activities for the residents. Any amount of donation is both welcomed and appreciated! Join Chris in her birthday fundraiser as she invites you to make a difference in the lives of lonely and vulnerable seniors under the 20 Care Corner Seniors Services Day Care Centres located mainly within rental flat areas in Singapore. These Day Care Centres provide a place of comfort and care for seniors who either live by themselves or whose families are unable to adequately care for them during the day. Your donation will go to providing warm meals and supporting social and recreational programmes that will help support their physical, emotional and mental health and well-being, allowing them to age with grace and dignity.

51 patients and their families from the Shaw NKF NUH CKC, who will be watching Kung Fu Panda 4 at Shaw theaters on Sunday, 10th of March. We will curate activity packs for all patients. Our team at Giveinstead.sg have curated this project because we believe that every child deserves to experience some of the experiences that a normal child would experience, such as going for a movie. Therefore, we partnered with the people at the NUH Kidney Center to create this meaningful event. It will be a wonderful chance for a bonding event for these children and their families that they can look back and reminisce on for years to come.
