We invite you to join us to donate to the first ever GiveInstead Overseas project! Giveinstead.sg will be collaborating with an Old Folk's Home in Furano to host an unforgettable Christmas party for these seniors. Often, these seniors either don't have families or their families are too far away to come visit them regularly. This may lead to some of them feeling left out or alone. Together, we can help them create unforgettable experiences, make the big difference in their sunset years, and remind them that people really do care about them and look out for them. For his birthday fundraiser, he is raising funds to give children from SHINE’s STAR Programme the chance to attend violin and dance lessons, helping them discover their talents and build confidence through the arts—opportunities they wouldn’t have otherwise. After completing the lessons, the children will be performing at “Nothing Is ImPOSSIBLE - The Musical” at SIA Theatre@Laselle on 2nd November. The STAR Programme provides seven years of mentorship for children from disadvantaged backgrounds, empowering them to break the cycle of poverty. We invite you to join us for a heartwarming evening featuring a special performance by Ocarina Circle Kuon no Kai Yonabaru Olive. This fundraiser aims to raise funds for St John’s Home for Elderly Persons, a sanctuary dedicated to providing care and support for elderly individuals. By donating, you will not only allow these elders a chance to enjoy beautiful music but also play a crucial role in providing them with experiences they'll never forget. Many of these elders have no family or resources to care for them. Your presence and support can help us continue our mission of compassion and dignity for the elderly in our community. Since 1958, St. John's Home has provided shelter and care for elderly individuals over 60, regardless of race or creed. Enjoy an evening of music while making a difference!
