This Chinese New Year, Shoken is donating his red packet money to fund monthly birthday celebrations for an entire year at St John’s Home for Elderly Persons, and he invites you to be a part of this effort.

For many elderly residents, birthdays often pass quietly, uncelebrated. Some don’t have families to visit them, while others have been living at the Home for years with few opportunities to experience the warmth of a birthday gathering. By organising birthday celebrations every month, Shoken hopes to bring a sense of joy, connection, and belonging to the residents, reminding them that they are valued and treasured.

The funds raised will go towards birthday cakes and small gifts that make each resident feel special on their day. More than just an event, these gatherings will be a chance to share laughter, companionship, and create moments of happiness that brighten their everyday lives.
