Project Update: Noku Sports Field and Hope Children’s Home in Bali, Indonesia

Since Patrick and his friends came together to support Hope Childrens Home through Giveinstead.sg, the rebuilding journey in Bali, Indonesia has been moving forward with real momentum.

Construction of the new orphanage buildings is progressing well and the children are getting closer to a safe and uplifting permanent home after the fire last year. At the same time, work on the Noku Sports Field, funded through Patrick’s 50th birthday campaign on Giveinstead.sg, is also taking shape.

When completed, the Noku Sports Field will include a proper soccer pitch with goals, a multipurpose rebound wall for training and games, and a basketball hoop for the children to enjoy. The field is on track for completion in early 2026 and will become a meaningful space where the children can play, build friendships, and experience joy.

Thanks to the generosity of everyone who chose to give instead, this vision of a place to play, dream, and grow is becoming real for the children of Hope Childrens Home in Bali.
